 The staff at Sarah's Day Care has more than 120 years of combined service at our facility, and more than 165 years of service in child care.
Sarah's has been owned and directed by Joseph W. "Jody" Aycock since 1989. Aycock earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Business Administration and has served on the advisory board for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette for Child and Family Studies. He also has served on the Louisiana Advisory Committee on Licensing of Child Care Facilities and Child Placing Agencies, as well as many other regional boards in the field of child care and education.
He and his wife, June Chachere Aycock, are parents to three children, Kimberly Abel, Sarah and Ben Aycock and have three grandchildren, Alex, Ian and Estelle Abel.
